While spreading your wings try to determine what your full potential is?

Ask yourself Is there something I have ever wanted to do/ accomplish/ achieve

Confirm your goals, are they realistic and achievable. Commit to it and achieve it.

Take small steps. Gather energy and mind set needed to take your task.


Accept pain as life sustaining. Setbacks and failures are natural part of life it shows your 

capability. Life is trial and error as you make mistakes,  you'll emerge and move on a 

stronger person.

Today's meeting was a special meeting as three of UM toastmasters' Club members

 have achieved their Half CC. To present the token of appreciation Madam Division W 

Governor Janet Pang came herself to present award.

Now It's Time for Prepared Project Speech Session.

This evening we have three fine speeches, presented by brilliant speakers.  Each 

Speaker was given learning objective that they successfully fulfilled.

Speaker TM Bandar.

       The first prepared speech was done by speaker TM Bandar. He presented his third 

          speech called "Interpretation of Oil and Gas Aspect" from CC speech manual. 

        Informative speaker talked about his passion  geography. He explained about earth 

                                                        crust and oil drilling. 

                                                     Explained Well Bandar!!!


Speaker ACG ALG, Heng Jing Yi​.


Speaker ACG ALG, Heng Jing Yi talked about her life journey and three ambitions. 

Since childhood she had three ambition.  First to be a Zoologist, second to became teacher

 third a Doctor. She shared some humorous stories and how these choices lead to her 

current life and career.

Speaker ACB CL, Fatima.
Last speaker of the evening  ACB CL, Fatima Ajmal conducted a Workshop from a 

Successful Club Series titled, "Meeting Role and Responsibilities".

Speaker explained that  everyone has a role to play and responsibilities to perform 

in order to achieve meeting success.

Time for 3rd Session, The Evaluation Session.

During the Evaluation Session the feed back is not only given to speakers but to all the

 members. Session was leaded by GE CC ALB, Tan Ing Ting. She called upon 

 Evaluators to provide their feedback to speakers.
